凸轮转子泵的维修保养和保养
一、检查凸轮转子泵及管路及相接处是否有脱落情况。擅长转动高剪切均质泵，免费试看凸轮转子泵是否灵活。
二、油量需在油标底轴处观查，润滑脂应立即更换或填充。
三、启动电机，免费试看电机转为能否适当。
四、尽量控制凸轮转子泵的总流量和扬程在标牌标识上标明的范畴内，以保证凸轮转子泵在较率点运作，才能够获得大的节能环保实际效果。
五、凸轮转子泵在运行环节中，滚柱轴承温度不能高过自然环境温度35C，温度不得超过80C。
六、如发现凸轮转子泵有发现异常响声应当马上停车查验原因。
七、HEC混和均质泵工作一个月后，100小时后，每500小时更换一次润滑脂。
八、经常调整填料旋盖，保证填料房间内的渗漏情况正常(以成渗漏出为宜)。
九、凸轮转子泵在冬季节应用时，停车后，需将重油输送泵体加水防止冻破。
十、凸轮转子泵长久性停用，需在泵全部拆装，擦洗水分，将转动部位及相接处涂以油脂装上，稳妥储放。
