Twin screw pumps are rotary positive displacement screw rotor pumps capable of handling a wide variety of liquid media including very high viscosity liquids. Corrosive media can be conveyed by choosing the right material.
The twin-screw pump has strong self-priming ability and can deliver gas and liquid. There is no contact between the rotary elements conveying the medium, and between the rotary elements and the stator.
Twin-screw pumps are available in horizontal, vertical, and insulation jacket structures.

螺杆泵属容积泵,我国螺杆泵最早是20世纪60年代开始引入制造的,相比海外螺杆泵技术发展晚了近20年,但随着经济的飞速发展,我国深入分析国外的先进技术,研制开发了双螺杆泵、三螺杆泵、五螺杆泵。
双螺杆泵是如何工作的?
双螺杆泵是由主从动轴上互相齿合的螺旋套和泵体或轴套间形成一个容量恒定的密封腔室,介质随螺杆轴的旋转各自被送到泵体中间,二者汇聚在一起,最后送到泵的出口,从而实现泵运输的效果。
其采用双吸式构造,螺杆两边处在同一压力腔中,轴向力可以自己均衡。两边轴承采用外装式,独立采用润滑脂(脂)润化,因此不受运输介质的影响。两螺杆间用一对同步齿轮驱动,螺杆齿面间并不接触,而留出一微小空隙,介质里的杂质并不能对螺杆齿面产生直接地损坏(除冲洗外)。除一些排量小泵外(2W.W4.0下列),一般在泵体上都含有内流式安全阀,当排出压力超出额定值时,有一定的缓冲作用。乳化泵体上的进出口方位有两种,一为水准进,水准出;二为水准进,竖直往上出;用户可根据自身应该选择。
