移动转子泵借助两同歩反向转动的转子(齿轮模数为2—4)在转动环节中于进口处造成吸附力(真空泵值)，进而吸进所需运输的原料。两转子将转子室隔开成好几个小空间设计，并按a→b→c→d的顺序运作。容积泵运行至位置a时，仅有一室中散发出介质；到位置b时，B室中封闭式了一部分介质；到位置C时，A室之中密闭式了介质；到位置d时，A室B室与二室互通，介质即被输送至上料口。如此循环往复，介质(原料)即被*运输出去。
